An interesting project where the client wanted to improve greatly on the overall size of their family home by developing the loft and forming a full width rear extension at ground floor.

Within the loft we created a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room and a new open plan fitted kitchen and dining room was created on the ground floor, whilst the client was still living in the property requiring careful planning to cause minimum disruption. With this in mind the project was split into two phases, firstly the loft conversion followed by the rear extension.

The end result is truly remarkable and now offers a large, modern, airy home which would suit most family’s daily needs.
