Who are we?

Hendry Construction Ltd is a family run business formed in the year 2000 offering over 75 years experience of site and project management within the building sector.

We pride ourselves on the business relationships we have developed with many of our clients who have used our quality workmanship for over 10 years.

At Hendry Construction Ltd we can accommodate all types of building works along with residential and commercial projects, ranging from decorating, general maintenance, glass partitioning to full office fit-outs and healthcare refurbishments.

Each project is dealt with by its own merits and project managed to achieve deadlines, whilst always ensuring our quality workmanship is achieved at all times.

Our staff and location

All our staff from labourers through to management have a vast knowledge of their role, working very closely with known and trusted specialist sub-contractors.

We are based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire giving us great links to Greater London where we do a large majority of our work as well as more local and even as far as Swindon and Nottingham.

Health & Safety

Health and Safety is considered to be of prime importance within the Company and supersedes all other procedures and operations. We pride ourselves on our exemplary record while continuing trying to identify and reduce any risks to our staff, building users and the general public when working on live sites such as hospitals, offices and residential homes.

The Company fully recognises it's obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1992, the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations and the Head Protection Regulations as well as other regulations which directly affect its activities.

All necessary training and instruction to achieve the Company’s Health and Safety Policy requirements and objectives will be provided to all staff, in a planned and structured fashion.

When appropriate, expert advice will be sought from relevant bodies such as the Health and Safety Executive, various Trade Associations, Systems Designers, and B.R.E. etc.
