We can competently work on small single office fit outs to large five storey building fit outs working within very tight budgets & time frames.

Over the years we have constructed a variety extensions, from small single storey to large double storey with pitched roofs, flat roofs and more recently Eco-Roofs, ready to receive turf or plants.

We have a close working relationship with a leading Bi-folding door manufacturer, who offer a bespoke service (residential and commercial sector) and together we have created and transformed extensions and conservatories.

Where it is not possible to extend your property you have the opportunity to develop within. We have created many loft and garage conversions over the years, some with en-suite facilities and most with the client still residing in the premises.

With this in mind it essential we can work together on a daily basis, to not delay the progress and cause the minimum inconvenience to those still living in the property.

These particular developments are more in depth due to the variety of work involved and can often be the most trickiest as you often come across hidden and unknown factors.
