Royal Free Hospital, London
Office/Laboratory Construction

We successfully won the tender to construct new Pathology Laboratories and Offices, the works were separated into 5 phases over the period of one year.

Enabling works included clearing out of existing offices and laboratories, demolition of existing concrete and stud walls and levelling of floors.

Once ready a full refurbishment and fit out was required including HVAC, Electrical, Data, Plumbing, Backflow Protection, together with lightweight partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring, fitting of laboratory benches, sinks, wash basins and decoration, all to the clients design.

Close co-operation with the hospital trust was essential to ensure minimum disruption keeping, noise levels to a minimum, as the hospital was still functioning in adjacent areas as well as above and below.

The project value of £1.1 Million Pound was completed within the agreed program and Budget.
