Laboratory Fit Out
In 2012 Hendry Construction Ltd was invited to tender for an exciting project to refurbish two floors of C Block Pathology Department, which we were delighted to win.
The project involved the refurbishment of both offices & Laboratories on Levels 5 & 6 in planned phases over a period of approximately 6 months. Works included demolition, new plasterboard stud partitions, new suspended ceilings, reconfiguration of Laboratories by introducing new Lab grade benching, associated plumbing works including Lab sinks, hand wash basins, improvement to lighting and power along with new Cat6 Data Ports together with new Air Conditioning & Ventilation system, new vinyl flooring/carpet and decoration throughout.
This was a challenging project as both floors of the Pathology Department were fully operational during these works which were completed in an agreed phased progression to program and on budget.
