We successfully negotiated with our client to construct and fit out  a recently vacated floor area of approximately 650m2 to form a new Pathology Rapid Response Laboratory. As this area was totally stripped out of all services a full refurbishment and fit out was required including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Data.

Together with lightweight partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring and decoration. The project value of £1 million pound was completed within the agreed programme of 20 weeks. Close co-operation with the hospital trust to keep noise levels at the minimum was shown as the hospital was still functioning in adjacent areas as well as above and below.

Staff and Welfare facilities were installed and also  a new Backflow system, Sluice, and forming new Toilet Areas.

An extensive range of Laboratory Benches were fitted with power and data provided.
