This was a very dilapidated 1930’s property which required full refurbishment including, strip out of existing fittings, clearance of ‘Jungle Style’ gardens, complete rewire, new central heating, new drainage, repairs to structure, demolition of internal walls and chimney breasts. We constructed a new ground floor cloakroom, new contemporary kitchen/Diner along with Modern Bathroom Suites and a large loft conversion for a new Master Bedroom and En-Suite.

On the first floor a new shower room was created in the smallest bedroom and the internal wall separating the original bathroom and W.C was removed to create a larger bedroom.

All windows and doors were replaced with double glazed units along with bifolding doors in the new Kitchen/Diner, new oak flooring and carpets were fitted throughout and the whole house decorated.

Externally the property received a new rendered finish, the front kerb was dropped and a new gravelled driveway provided parking for several vehicles and rear garden landscaped.
