This was a new home for the client who really wanted to stamp their own mark and transform a box standard 1970’s property into a contemporary open plan home with modern high quality fittings.

To create this the existing extensions were removed and a new single storey wrap around extension was built with Double Glazed Roof Lanterns and Bifolding doors to maximise the light and feel.

Additionally a new Snug, Office, Ground Floor Shower Room and re-fitted bathroom provided this family with the room and space required for day to day living to a standard that most homeowners would envy.

Externally the driveway was widened and the rear garden landscaped with new decking to enjoy the alfresco living, when UK weather allows.
