Single Storey Extension
The client on this 8m x 4m single storey extension wanted a light and modern addition to their home but with environmentally green values.
The project involved the careful demolition of an existing single storey extension, retaining and recycling certain materials for the new extension.
For light, a new double glazed window and a three section bifolding door was added along with two skylights. The flat roof was protected with a Rubbercover membrane ready for the planting of a ‘Living Green roof’.
A new modern high gloss kitchen with integrated appliances was fitted to the clients specification and the existing kitchen was altered and adapted to create a Utility Room.
